Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 October 2026. These terms apply to all bookings unless a signed contract or written quotation states otherwise.

1. About us

Services are arranged by Explore Morocco DMC LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, with its operating team based in Tangier, Morocco (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@exploremoroccodmc.com · +212 649 497 046.

2. Quotations and prices

  • Prices shown on the website are indicative “from” prices per person. Your price, inclusions and exclusions are those stated in your written quotation.
  • Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and remain subject to availability until the booking is confirmed.
  • Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise. We may revise a confirmed price only in case of significant changes in taxes, fuel costs, government fees or exchange rates beyond our control, and we will inform you in writing.

3. Booking and payment

  • Deposit: a deposit of 30% of the total price is required to confirm a booking. The booking is confirmed when we receive the deposit and send you a written confirmation.
  • Balance: the remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For groups (10 or more travellers), educational and corporate programmes, the balance is due no later than 45 days before arrival.
  • Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival must be paid in full at confirmation.
  • Some services (for example non-refundable hotel rates, flights, events or peak-season camps) may require earlier or full prepayment; this will be stated in your quotation.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer, or by another method stated in your quotation. Bank and transfer fees are paid by the client.
  • If the balance is not received on time, we may treat the booking as cancelled by the client and apply the cancellation charges below.

4. Cancellation by the client

Cancellations must be sent by email and take effect on the date we receive them. The following charges apply, calculated on the total price:

  • 60 days or more before arrival: 15%
  • 59 to 31 days before arrival: 30%
  • 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50%
  • 14 to 7 days before arrival: 75%
  • Less than 7 days before arrival, or no-show: 100%

Costs of non-refundable third-party services (such as flights, non-refundable hotel rates, event tickets or permits) are charged in full in addition, whenever they have already been paid. Unused services during the trip are not refundable.

5. Changes requested by the client

  • We will try to accommodate changes to dates, itinerary, accommodation or group size. Changes depend on availability and may change the price.
  • For groups, a reduction in the number of participants is treated as a partial cancellation under section 4. Names of participants may be changed free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

6. Changes or cancellation by us

  • We may need to adjust an itinerary, accommodation or transport for operational, safety or weather reasons. We will replace services with others of similar standard and inform you as soon as possible.
  • If we cancel a confirmed booking for reasons other than force majeure, you will receive a full refund of the amounts paid to us.

7. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government decisions, border or airport closures. In such cases we will offer to postpone the programme or provide an alternative. If the programme cannot take place, we will refund the amounts paid minus costs already incurred and not recoverable from suppliers.

8. Travel documents, health and insurance

  • Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport, any required visa and meeting health and entry requirements.
  • Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, repatriation and cancellation is strongly recommended, and is required for group, educational and adventure programmes.
  • Please inform us before booking of any medical condition, dietary requirement or reduced mobility so we can advise on suitability.

9. Our responsibility

We organise services with carefully selected local suppliers (accommodation, transport, guides and activities) and take reasonable care in choosing them. We are not liable for loss, injury or damage caused by the traveller, by third parties not connected with the services booked, or by force majeure. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the services concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

10. Behaviour

Travellers are expected to respect local laws, customs and the instructions of our guides and drivers. We may end the services of any traveller whose behaviour endangers or seriously disturbs others, without refund.

11. Complaints

If something is not right during your trip, please tell your guide or our team immediately so we can try to solve it on the spot. Written complaints must be sent to contact@exploremoroccodmc.com within 30 days after the end of the trip.

12. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. We will always first try to resolve any dispute amicably.
