The most established choice for MICE in Morocco, with direct flights from many European cities, a wide range of hotels with meeting space, private riads for dinners, and the Agafay plateau and Atlas foothills close by.

Morocco’s economic centre and main international air hub. Well suited to business meetings, trade delegations and company visits, with business hotels and a straightforward road and rail link to Rabat.
Professional & institutional programmes
The capital and seat of government, ministries and many institutions. A calm, well-organised city for professional visits, institutional meetings and study programmes, often combined with Casablanca.

A growing industrial and logistics region on the Strait of Gibraltar, close to Spain. Suited to business visits, smaller team programmes and combinations with Chefchaouen and the north.
Coastal retreats · Team activities
Atlantic resorts with a mild climate for much of the year. Agadir offers larger hotels; Taghazout, around 30 minutes north, suits smaller retreats with surf, beach and outdoor team activities.
Experiences alongside a city programme
Within roughly one to two hours of Marrakech: dinners and activities on the Agafay stone desert, or a day in Atlas valleys such as Ourika or Imlil. Best used as part of a Marrakech-based programme.
Agafay is not the Sahara. Agafay is a rocky desert plateau close to Marrakech, practical for an afternoon or evening. The Sahara dunes of Erg Chebbi near Merzouga are around 9 to 10 hours from Marrakech by road and need an overnight extension of at least two to three days. More on our destinations page.
